UseEdith is designed around short-lived, private document sessions.

Document processing

Uploaded documents are processed on infrastructure operated for MOTOER GROUP sp. z o.o.. Anonymous working files are automatically removed after two hours and can be deleted earlier from the editor. We do not use document contents for advertising, profiling or model training.

AI features you choose to use

Editing, OCR, conversion and export do not require AI. When you explicitly use an AI writing action, UseEdith sends only the selected text, requested action, language and the minimum technical instructions needed to perform it. When you ask AI to create a document, we send your brief and the available template field descriptions. We do not send the complete PDF to the AI provider.

OpenAI provides the API used for these requests. Requests are sent with response storage disabled and are not made available for training OpenAI models. Under the provider's standard API controls, input and output may remain in abuse-monitoring logs for up to 30 days unless a shorter retention arrangement applies. UseEdith does not write prompts or model responses to its application logs. If you apply a suggestion, it becomes part of your working document and follows that document's retention period.

Sensitive information

Do not send health data, criminal records, children's data, professional secrets or other highly sensitive information to an AI feature unless it is necessary, lawful and suitable for your use case. You control the text selected for review and the facts included in a document brief.

Technical data

We process security logs, IP-derived rate limits, browser diagnostics and product events needed to protect and improve the service. Product telemetry is separated under the USEEDITH project in core.motoer.pl and does not collect form field values, prompts or document contents.

Service providers and international transfers

We use providers needed for infrastructure, security and the functions you select. OpenAI receives the limited content described above only when an AI feature is invoked. The operator is established in Poland. Where processing involves a transfer outside the EEA, we use the applicable adequacy decision or contractual and technical safeguards required by data protection law.
