Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of UseEdith's document tools.

Permitted use

You may process files that you own or are authorized to modify. You must not upload unlawful content, attempt to disrupt the service or use automated traffic to bypass technical limits.

Optional AI features

When you explicitly use an AI action, you instruct UseEdith to send the selected text or document brief and minimum technical context to its AI provider. The full PDF is not sent for that purpose. You must have the right to process the content you submit.

AI output is a proposal, not legal, accounting or other professional advice. Check names, dates, amounts, recipients, factual accuracy and legal suitability before exporting or relying on a document.

Visual signatures

The signature tool creates a graphical representation. It is not a qualified electronic signature and may not satisfy formal signature requirements in every jurisdiction.

Availability and results

Document formats vary widely. Review every output before relying on it. We may apply file-size, page-count and rate limits needed for security and reliable operation.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without a guarantee that every unusual document structure will be supported. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
